We get alot...and we mean ALOT...of Rowdy Roja salsa lovers telling us how they like to eat our products. It's not always "Chips 'n Salsa" (though, that's good too!).

Rowdy Roja Salsa
The Northwest's PREMIUM Salsa!
Rowdy Joes
(better than Sloppy Joes)
1 pound of lean ground beef or ground turkey
1-13 ounce jar of Rowdy Roja Salsa
13-ounces of your favorite spaghetti sauce
1-1/2 tablespoons taco seasoning
Package of hamburger buns
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Brown the hamburger (or turkey) and drain any fat
Add taco seasoning
Stir in Rowdy Roja salsa and spaghetti sauce
Simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes
Serve over opened hamburger bun and top with grated cheese
Serves 4
Note: Also use as an awesome topping on nacho's!
Rowdy Dave's Killer Salmon
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place salmon on aluminum foil large enough to wrap around salmon filet.
Cover top of salmon with Rowdy Roja Salsa and loosley seal top and sides of foil. Place in open casserole and bake for 10 to 20 minutes depending on thickness of fish. Thicker fish may take longer. Use your judgment.
Bake fish until it flakes with a fork.
Left over Salsa in foil is great over rice

Rowdy Huevos con Queso
(eggs 'n cheese with Rowdy Roja Salsa)
2 eggs - beaten
1-Tablespoon cheese (your choice)
1/4-teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup of Rowdy Rowja Salsa
Mix ingredients together
Heat pan over medium heat, add pat of butter
When butter has melted, pour in egg mixture
As the edges of the eggs begin to set, lift the egdes with a spatula to allow eggs mixture to flow underneath.
When set, fold out of pan onto a plate and sprinkle with more sheese, if desired.

Awesome Rowdy Burger!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 pound italian sausage
13-ounce jar of Rowdy Roja Salsa
1/4 cup italian breadcrumbs
shredded mexican blend cheese, or hot monterey jack pepper cheese (if you want a little more 'heat')
Directions:
In medium mixing bowl, combine ground beef, sausage, salsa and bread crumbs.
Mix well and shape into 6-ounce hamburger patties.
Grill until done. Don't overcook
Eat plain, or top with things such as sour cream, guacamole or tomato slice
