Creamy Rowdy Dip & Sauce

Awesome over baked potatoes!

Rowdy Dave's Killer Salmon

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place salmon on aluminum foil large enough to wrap around salmon filet.
Cover top of salmon with Rowdy Roja Salsa and loosley seal top and sides of foil. Place in open casserole and bake for 10 to 20 minutes depending on thickness of fish. Thicker fish may take longer. Use your judgment.
Bake fish until it flakes with a fork.
Left over Salsa in foil is great over rice

(Thanks for the recipe, Dave!)
